With the continuous acceleration of modernization, people´s living standards have been significantly improved, but they are also increasingly threatened by the sub-health state. Sub-health refers to a state where the body functions at a suboptimal level, which is manifested by symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, insomnia, and bad mood. According to surveys, 75% of office workers in Beijing, 72% in Shanghai, and 70% in Guangzhou are in a sub-health state.
To solve the problem of sub-health, we need to start from multiple aspects. First, we should attach importance to exercising and improving physical fitness. Regular aerobic exercise, such as jogging, swimming, cycling, can enhance cardio-pulmonary function and improve the body´s immunity. Second, we should pay attention to a healthy diet, intake of appropriate amounts of protein, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, and other nutrients, and avoid overeating high-calorie, high-fat, high-salt foods. In addition, we should maintain a good mentality and avoid adverse emotional states such as excessive anxiety and stress.
Finally, we should establish a national health awareness and advocate a healthy lifestyle. The gove***ent should increase publicity and education on sub-health, raise people´s awareness of health, encourage people to actively participate in sports, healthy eating, and the cultivation of mental health, establish a healthy lifestyle, and effectively prevent and treat sub-health. |
